Atmospheric composition varies with vegetation across vast eons, playing a powerful role in the evolution and survival of animals. Breathing serves as the control center of atmospheric content in the exhibition space’s new ecosystem. The plants on the artwork's surface use their stomata as a sensory medium, conditioning the exhibition space's atmosphere by controlling the release of carbon dioxide from gas cylinders connected to the installation. Indoor spaces are usually designed with human comfort in mind, prioritizing human needs and regulating environmental conditions accordingly. Although conditioning may seem like a weapon against competing species with different needs, the data interface also serves as a warning, protecting other organisms from threats to their survival, such as vertigo and dyspnea.
